Do you give free estimates?

Yes, estimates are free. ISA certified arborist assessments, appraisals or expert witness testimony is not free. Free consultations performed by other companies are usually performed by a sales commissioned-based, inexperienced sales arborist selling an unnecessary service.

We do give free estimates from our veteran certified ISA arborists that not only know how to estimate a job accurately but also know how to perform the job. Additionally, most importantly is we are on site for the duration of the job in case the client has any questions or change orders. Our clients can go to work knowing that a trusted, professional and specialized tree service company is on your property at all times.

Will you look at my trees?

Looking at your trees is usually a VTI (visual tree inspection) and is free depending on geographical location.

I need you to determine if my trees are safe or healthy

Determining if your trees are healthy or hazardous is performed by a highly experienced (consulting ISA certified arborist AND a registered GA.forester ). A dual assessment covers all the criteria, especially from a liability standpoint and safety to all parties.

My neighbor’s tree is leaning over my property, and they told me that they are not worried about it. What do I need to do?

If your neighbor’s trees are leaning and may pose a threat to your property; hire one of our consulting arborists to draft a letter to be mailed (certified) to verify a ‘notice’ warning.

I have a tree on my house or car. How fast can you be here?

If you have a tree that fell on your property, roof, dwelling, vehicle, etc…72 TREE can be on site within the hour. (Emergency Tree Service Atlanta)

Can you provide an estimate on pruning?

If your tree needs to be pruned, 72 Tree will provide a free estimate based on pruning in accordance with ANSI a300 standards of arboriculture (these arboriculture standards require a certified arborist on site. Never permit anyone to spike or use climbing spurs to climb your tree. All of our tree pruning jobs are precisely detailed and performed by a specialized pruning crew. We do not over- prune.

My neighbor hired an arborist to determine if my tree is dangerous or hazardous. Can I hire you for a second (unbiased )opinion?

If your neighbor puts you on notice from another company that hired an arborist to evaluate their trees, retain 72 Tree’s certified senior arborist for a second opinion based on over 40 years of empirical data.

How much do you charge for an assessment?

If you hire 72 Tree for a tree assessment or hazardous tree evaluation, we usually absorb most of the cost during the remediation phase which assists the client.

Not to boast, but all of our clients who payed for a consulting certified arborist to assess their property will tell you, ‘it is money well spent’. Basically, do your ‘due diligence’and do the intelligent thing….after all….you can’t replace a 300 year old oak. Never permit a tree company to cut even a limb on an oak until you have had an assessment.

Do we have insurance?

If you hire 72 TREE, we are fully covered on insurance, both Worker’s Compensation and General liability. Beware: Not all companies are covered on large tree removal even thoughthey advertise this. A tree removal or service company may have full coverage but it is for small ornamental trees while the client is misguided into thinking they have coverage for a large,extremely dangerous job. Hiring a tree removal company to remove a massive oak with a crane over a 7 million dollar estate requires a company that specializes in this type of work.
